A few months ago, I started a Sampler Afghan, but it’s not your typical Sampler. This one is a round – every round (or sections of round, depending) is a different type of stitch. It’s very interesting and is a lot of fun to do! It’s a great project for scrap yarn, too! Here’s a picture of the beginning of the afghan:You can see that it starts out round, but squares out. I’ve put it aside for now, as it isn’t assigned as a gift and doesn’t have a deadline, in favor of other projects.
Oh, and I did finish that ripple afghan!
I was working on it outdoors when I finally finished it. Doesn’t it look great! I was able to deliver it to my cousin, who loves it. That makes me happy; I hope she gets lots of use out of it!
Projects in the works: an American Flag afghan, and my first attempt at a stuffy!
